2. SHIPPING
Methods of shipping will vary due to the content of the order. Freight Shipments for orders weighing over 150 lbs. will require special shipping quotes, and estimated times for delivery. As a result, freight shipments may be delayed by this process. Quotes for freight shipment can be obtained before or after purchase has been made, as some items may ship via standard shipping methods, so long as the shipping fees for such items have been paid in full at the time of checkout. However, as ALL SALES ARE FINAL, we will not honor any request for refunds after purchase. It is solely the customer / client responsibility to contact us prior to making the purchase, to inquire about any shipping quotes or logistics inquiries.
PLEASE NOTE THAT FREIGHT SHIPMENTS WILL INCUR A SEPARATE INVOICE AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE, WHICH WILL REQUIRE IMMEDIATE PAYMENT PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
Although, in most cases, orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. However, shipping time frames can also be affected by backorders, or factory "made-to-order" items. Rest assured, Jolly Green Hydroponics will always maintain adequate communication with our customers/clients, and our product suppliers, to ensure satisfaction of your purchases. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Likewise, If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will ask you to please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is
correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window
to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have
provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Jolly Green Hydroponics, LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report the incidence to the shipping company or to the local authorities as appropriate. Jolly Green Hydroponics will NOT replace items that have not arrived after the tracking information reflects that the shipment has been completed.
6. RETURN REQUEST
Although, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You may have a special circumstance after product arrival which warrants communication with Jolly Green Hydroponics. Please review our Refund Policy page before making your purchase. We may consider any reasonable request for exchange within 30 days from the original purchase date, however, Jolly Green Hydroponics is NOT obligated to honor any such request. Exchanges will be at the sole discretion of Jolly Green Hydroponics, and all shipping charges in both directions, as well as, any extra charges associated with the exchange request, will be charged to the customer/client.
7. BACK ORDERS / OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
We offer products that originate from multiple manufacturers and supply warehouses from all over the United States. Therefore, shipping logistics and inventory availability can widely vary. It is the nature of our industry that backorders do occur somewhat often. Rest assured, Jolly Green Hydroponics will always communicate these occurrences with our customer/client, in order to maintain a high level of satisfaction. In the event there are items which are out of stock or backordered, www.jollygreenhydroponics.com will wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching, UNLESS customer has given us written approval via email correspondence to ship the incomplete order. Please note, that approval of shipping incomplete orders will incur extra shipping charges due immediately prior to shipping any items. Back ordered items may ship separately, and separate shipping charges will also apply, unless it is requested to hold the entire order, until back ordered items become available.
Shipping of multi-item purchases may involve many separate corporate entities and manufacturers, causing many logistic barriers, and variable pricing. For this reason, most of our items are offered with the understanding that a separate shipping invoice will be sent to customer's inbox which must be paid in full before any shipments will be executed.
8. IMPORT DUTY AND SALES TAXES
Jolly Green Hydroponics, LLC owner of www.jollygreenhydroponics.com reserves the right under legal obligation to collect non-refundable, applicable state sales taxes, as well as, necessary international import/export duties/tariffs in addition to, but not limited to, a separate subtotal and shipping fee. Shipping fees are billed separately, to the customer, unless free shipping is offered.
